Current Season: Spring
Finally the winter draws to a close, and the colours of Spring vibrantly fill the land. Look around, the wildflowers are blooming in the fields, dotting them with rainbows of colour. Enjoy the nice weather while it lasts - Pinewood heats up quickly in the Summer...
Competition Rings (4 sub-boards) This is the section of the fairgrounds where equestrian competitions will be held. There's a ring or arena for most types of equestrian sport and if there isn't one for your favourite, then we're sure that we can work something out using the existing equipment.
The Stock House There's usually a lot of wild horses here, that have been rounded up. Any horse here will be untrained, and you will have to either train it yourself, or send it to a trainer. Every so often, there is a roundup done by the cowboys. They will round up some of the wild brumbies and bring them in for an auction. The brumbies are sure-footed and make great workhorses or possibly even children's horses.
Hanson Estate (6 sub-boards) This is where Jamey and his wife Sarzah live. There's lots of room, and a huge barn out the back. Many people can live here, in fact the whole Hanson family will live here. Moderator: ~Sarzah~
Chestnut Ridge Housing (2 sub-boards) A huge subdivision for the rich. Each house has a pool and spa out the back, Five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a small stable out the back with room for one horse. These houses cost $500 per week.

Pinewood Apartments (5 sub-boards) Here the moderately rich come to live. The four bedroom apartments are large and roomy, and cost $300 per week.

Crazy Acres Trailer Park (3 sub-boards) For those who can't afford anything better. A series of small trailers housing up to three people each, but most only have one or two people actually living in them. They cost $100 per week.

Ranches
Silver Moon Stables (8 sub-boards) Jessica Tragger owns this ranch by her self. Her grandfather put it in his will to her. The ranch used to be filled with amazing horses, Ranging from Minis all the way up to thoroughbreds. Everything possible. But now, None of the horses are here. All of them sold. And Jess is looking to reorginize the stables and open them to all. Studs and broodmares kept here, There is also a small cabin to the right of the house for visitors or people who need a place to stay. The house itself has five bedrooms, Three bathrooms, Two kitchens, Three livingrooms, And a large pool out back. The house is four storys high, Including the basement. Boarding and renting the cabin costs $100 a week. Come and enjoy your stay here at Silver Moon Stables. Moderator: Jessica Tragger
Silver Lake Ranch (4 sub-boards) This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere. But with beautiful rolling meadows and large maple trees, this is a great place to stay. With a large barn and a roomy house there is lots of room for her new puppies to play. Lea Kelly lives here with her boyfriend, Emmett McCann with her horses. There is often boarding for new people but mostly you will only find family and friends there.
Jackson and Killigo Ranch (12 sub-boards) Settled out in the open, Jackson and Killigo Ranch is very peaceful and open. It has many large, open pastures and many flat trails. It also has a few cross country trails, but only a few. There are quite a few stalls, but none of them are currently for rent. The only residents are the owners, Henry and Missy Jackson and Kristie and Rachel Killigo. They also have some dogs. During the summer, it is beautiful. The pastures are filled with grass and the horses spend no time in their stalls. There are 2 cross country trails, 1 lake trail that can't be used in the winter, 1 cattle trail, and many forest trails that fan outwards from the main property. Horses are used to get mostly everywhere on the ranch. There are currently NO open boarding areas.
Nickson Ranch (12 sub-boards) This is where the Nickson Family lives. The ranch is fairly large, with plentiful pasture and lush grazing. There are a number of lakes on the land, perfect for swimming when the days get long and hot. There are plenty of riding trails through the land, used mainly during the warmer months of the year. Boarding Fee: $60 Per Week

Quarter River Ranch (2 sub-boards) In a little valley surrounded by mountains there is a cozy cabin style house and a large barn. This is Quarter River Ranch. There are a few pastures with lush grass and many trails leading back into the mountains and through the valley. Quarter River is a peaceful ranch owned by Nick Johnson, he keeps his horses well cared for and often boards in his open stalls.
Peppermint Horse Farm and Stud A medium scale riding farm located just ten kilometres out of town, owned by Charre Vonn Dett. It consists of approximately fifty acres, there is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, and small 2 bedroom cabin for guests. Twenty acres of the 50 are horse paddocks.There is a medium sized stable block, and a round yard next door. There are numerous trails in the leftover 20 acres, land which is green and bushy, quite beautiful all year round. The stud offers breeding to any horse, for reasonable prices. All offers are considered. Boarders are welcome to stay in return for helping with the horses. Come and enjoy your stay at Peppermint Farm!

Arabian Unlimited Stables he maple trees are in full bloom with their colourful leaves. A long driveway leads up to a large house sitting quietly on a hill. Not many people bustle around, but you can see horses fleeting in the nearby pastures. One on either side of the drive, with a large two out back. The barn sits on its own hill, matching the log cabin appeal of the main house. A marvelous black stallion prances in the sunlight just to the right. Welcome To Arabians Unlimited.

The Riding Trails
Ninety Mile Beach This beach is as long as its name says it is. It is a beautiful beach, where the water is always sparkling, crystal clear and cool. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
Horseshoe Ridge This beautiful trail is shaped like a horseshoe, but with many twists and turns, and beautiful sights along the way. It is a great trail to ride on when the trees block out the heat of Summer.
Lake Gippsland This place is beautiful. It is a lake of water, with small streams winding away to the ocean. Somewhere on the lake there is an island that is known for its wild parties. In the forests surrounding this area, there have also been reports of wild horses roaming free.
